别白干隐私政策

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the 别白干 application (the “Application”). The Application is provided by yuting zhang (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) as a Freemium mobile service and is provided on an “AS IS” basis.

Information We Collect

• Account and authentication information: when you register, sign in, verify your account, or recover access, we may collect your email address, account identifiers, and necessary authentication information. If you use Sign in with Apple, we may receive the unique identifier provided by Apple and, within the scope of your authorization, your name, email address, or Apple relay email address.
• Profile information you voluntarily provide: such as nickname, username, avatar, gender, date of birth, occupation, MBTI, language, preferred language, time zone, region, age, goals, personality, self-discipline level, self-discipline blockers, and any other information you choose to submit during registration or profile completion.
• Content you create, submit, or upload in the Application: such as task titles and descriptions, check-in records, daily status or mood information, notes, reminder settings, reports, AI inputs, AI outputs, assistant corpus content, and images you upload, including avatar images or images used for AI features.
• Subscription and transaction information: such as subscription product, entitlement status, order identifiers, purchase time, expiration or renewal status, and restore-purchase results. In-app purchases are typically processed with the assistance of Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or RevenueCat. We do not directly store your full bank card details.
• Device and technical information: such as IP address, device type, operating system, app version, language/region, time zone, installation identifier, request timestamps, error logs, and other technical information reasonably required for service operation, security, and troubleshooting.
• Local offline storage information: to support offline use and later synchronization, the Application may store certain account, task, check-in, daily status, reminder, and report data locally on your device.

We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation information. Some third-party services may infer approximate location from IP address, region, or time zone information.

How We Use Information

• To create and manage accounts, including sign-in, registration, authentication, and account deletion.
• To store, sync, display, and maintain your tasks, check-ins, daily status, reports, preferences, and membership status.
• To provide and improve AI features, including AI task creation, AI scoring, AI analysis, AI corpus generation, AI single-task reports, and AI overall reports.
• To process subscriptions, entitlement verification, restore purchases, invitation activities, and new-user offer eligibility.
• To provide service notices, customer support, security protection, error handling, fraud prevention, and compliance support.
• To maintain, analyze, and improve the service where permitted by law.

AI Features and AI Processing

When you use AI features, we may send the information necessary to provide that feature to a third-party AI service provider through our Supabase backend. This information may include your goals, intended investment, past experience, task details, check-in or statistical summaries, daily status, optional profile information, and images you upload.

Optional personal information you provide during registration or profile completion may be used to personalize AI-generated tasks, scoring, analysis, and reports.

We try to limit the data sent to AI services to what is relevant to the feature you invoke, but you should not submit sensitive information that you do not want processed by AI.

If you do not want certain optional information used for AI personalization, you may choose not to provide it, remove it, or stop using the related AI features.

Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with third-party processors or infrastructure providers acting on our behalf, including providers used for authentication, database hosting, subscription management, in-app purchase verification, and AI functionality.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights or the rights and safety of others, to prevent fraud, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets.

We may also share information where you have explicitly authorized or consented to such sharing.

The Application may use the following third-party services, and their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies:

• NUWA / Nuwaflux appears in the current codebase as the AI gateway domain api.nuwaflux.com. Replace this item with the name and privacy-policy URL of your actual production AI provider before publishing.

International Processing

To provide the Application, your information may be transferred to and stored on servers or systems operated by service providers outside your country or region. We will take reasonable steps to protect such information as required by applicable law.

Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the service, perform contractual obligations, resolve disputes, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your account and related data through the in-app account deletion function or by contacting us at 3942246905@qq.com. We will process such requests within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law or by third-party platforms.

Even after we delete data from systems we control, Apple, RevenueCat, Supabase, or AI providers may retain certain records in accordance with their own policies and legal obligations.

Your Rights and Choices

• You may access, update, or supplement certain account and profile information within the Application.
• You may request deletion of your account and personal data.
• You may limit certain data processing by not filling in optional fields, not uploading images, or not using AI features.
• You may stop future collection from the Application itself by uninstalling it, but uninstalling does not automatically delete data already stored by us or by third-party service providers.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us at 3942246905@qq.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise handle that information.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version through the Application, a website page, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Application after an update means you acknowledge and accept the updated policy.
